Workshop

An enriching workshop conducted by Mr. Anil Gautam, Front Office Manager and Mr. Anish Kumar, Food & Beverage Manager, Taj Chia Kutir, Kurseong – as part of IIAS interaction. The topic ‘Operational excellence at the World’s Strongest Hotel Brand’ was delivered with real life inputs much to the benefit of the IIAS students and faculty. The unique idea of Tajness helped the students to understand the nuances of professional expertise of the highest standard.
