Learning can be and has to be, fun too. The students of DICA (Diploma in Culinary Arts), IIAS Siliguri, spent an entire day in Chia Kutir, a picturesque property of the Taj Group at Kurseong, on 3rd March ’23. The exposure to the nooks and corners of a luxury property was an immensely rich learning experience for the students. We are thankful to the staff and management of Taj Chia Kutir for facilitating learning for the Chef’s of the future.
