Job Summary

Seeking FEMALE Telecaller cum Admission Counsellor. The selected candidate will be the first point of contact for interested students / guardians seeking information for our courses. You will also be required to call prospective enquiries, manage all leads on CRM, provide information about the courses and convert to walk-ins & admissions.

Job Description

The candidate should be able to manage entire enquiry handling and admissions procedures. The functions include:

Handle telephonic enquiries

Provide information about courses and the organization

Manage leads on the CRM

Collect payments

Handle the general office upkeep and any other administrative task that may be required from time to time

Qualifications and Skills

Must be a graduate in ANY stream

Should be smart, confident and polite in nature

Must have strong interpersonal skills and multi-tasking capacity

Should be well versed with computers.

Should be fluent in English & Hindi, competence in Nepali / Bengali desired.

Experience in the education sector is preferred
