Chef Smritikana Halder has a background in hotel management and tourism, having completed her Bachelor’s degree from DSM School of Management. She began her career in Food Production at Courtyard by Marriott, Bilaspur. In her free time, she enjoys painting and dancing. Currently, Chef Halder serves as a Chef Patissier at IIAS School of Management.
