Prof. K V R Nair is a seasoned professional with over 28 years of rich experience in the corporate and academic sectors. His career includes 14 years in corporate houses, including MNCs (spanning manufacturing and services), and 14 years with premier higher education institutions. His academic experience includes teaching both undergraduate and postgraduate students at institutions affiliated with Punjab University, Punjab Technical University, Bangalore University, MAKAUT, and various Autonomous Institutions. Additionally, he has managed several Government of India Skill Development Courses (including DDUGKY and NSDC) across the country, covering Gujarat, Dadranagar Haveli, Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Darjeeling. He has qualified for the State Eligibility Test (SET) for Assistant Professorship (General Merit) and holds a Trainer-of-Trainers (ToT) certification from the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), Government of India. Prof. Nair has presented papers at numerous National & International Conferences and published papers in premier peer-reviewed journals (such as UGC Carelist and Scopus). He also conducts workshops, training programmes, and seminars for students, management personnel, and faculty members.
