The online registration can be done for all courses.

The Examination / Test which follows online registration is the first step in the process for seeking admission to the undergraduate or postgraduate programmes in respective courses offered by IIAS.

THE REGISTRATION PROCEDURE:

1. Before proceeding for registration, please make sure that you have the following details ready.

• An email to which all correspondence will be made
• Course code you wish to apply for. List of all courses.
• Find out if your course requires you to give examination
  
  The following course codes require WRITTEN EXAMINATION

Hotel Management Courses:
(Code GDH, HND, MDH)

Business Management Courses :
(Code GDB, PGB, PGR, PGA, PGC, PRM, CRS)

for the rest, only INTERVIEW (personal / telephonic) is applicable.

Hotel Management Courses:
(Code DHO, DFP, CFP, CFB, CFH, PDH)

Business Management Courses:
(Code PGM, PMM, PRS)

• The area of study (HOTEL MANAGEMENT / BUSINESS MANAGEMENT) of your choice
• Type of programme i.e Under Graduate / Post Graduate / Diploma / Certificate your course  falls under.
• Previous academic marks sheets 
• The address of the last academic institute registered in.
• A printer is required to take printout of your registration details.

2. Please mention your e-mail id (compulsory) in the respective area provided in the Registration form for any future communication.

3. Carefully complete all the necessary fields of the online Registration form. Incomplete forms will be rejected. 

COLLECTION OF PROSPECTUS & PAYMENT

4. After on-line registration, an applicant must collect the prospectus before the examination and or personal / telephonic interview, as applicable.

An online registrant may collect the prospectus by the below mentioned methods :

• By Personal Collection
• By Post
  

BY PERSONAL COLLECTION

DEMAND DRAFT  (compulsory)
Payments for prospectus (Rs. 500/-) to be made by Demand Draft in favor of IIAS CHARITABLE TRUST payable at Kolkata or Siliguri or Goa or Bhilai or Dehradun, where applied for (first choice of centre as provided during online registration).  

Write your name, application form no. / Registration Reference Number, the phrase 'ONLINE REGISTRATION'  and course name on the reverse side of the Draft/s. 

The above mentioned drafts to be handed over to the Admission Officer of the Centre applied for (first choice of centre as provided during online registration). 

If by personal collection please bring the printed Registration Card along with the Draft/s to the preferred centre.

BY POST

DEMAND DRAFT  (compulsory)

If by Post / Courier please send the printed REGISTRATION CARD  along with the draft/s to the address of the preferred Campus.

On Receiving the DD, the prospectus will be couriered/posted to your correspondence address.

5. After completion of written test and / personal / telephonic interview results shall be published in our website on the prescribed date.

ADMISSION FORMALITIES

6. Selected applicants can complete the formalities for admission in the respective course within due date as notified by the authority
