Students enrolled to the Graduate Programme in Computer Applications may simultaneously enroll to the under-graduate BCA degree programme under the Directorate of Distance Education of Madurai Kamaraj University recognized by UGC under MHRD, Govt. of India. At the end of 3 years successful students will be awarded certificate in Graduate Programme in Computer Applications from Department of Business Management of IIAS School of Management. Students shall appear for the University examinations to be conducted by DDE, Madurai Kamaraj University leading to award of BCA degrees to successful students. Students enrolling for BCA degree programme under DDE, Madurai Kamaraj University will be guided by the rules and regulations of the university.

		Examination Fee includes Cost of Application Form, Cost of Computerized Marksheet, Postal Charges in each annual / supplementary examination and Provisional Certificate Fee in the final year. Examination Fee may vary from time to time as prescribed by the University.
		Student should pay all necessary fees except Prospectus fee and Examination fee prescribed by the University only by way of crossed Demand Drafts from any Nationalised bank in favour of “THE DIRECTOR, DDE, MKU”, payable at MADURAI.
		Prospectus fee shall be paid to IIAS by cash.
		Separate Demand Drafts to be prepared, one towards Registration Fee and the other towards the sum of Tuition Fee and Recognition Fee. (Recognition fee for foreign students will be Rs. 800)
		Examination Fees shall be remitted as prescribed by the University from time to time only by way of crossed Demand Drafts from any Nationalised bank in favour of “THE REGISTRAR, MKU”, payable at MADURAI.
