FEE REFUND POLICY

Prospectus Fee
Prospectus Fee is non refundable in all
cases.

| 2. |
Total Refunds
- If a student fails in qualifying examination for entry to the course, full fee will be
refunded.
- If a student informs in writing about his/her decision to withdraw
from course at least 3 working days before commencement of the course,
full fee will be refunded.
|

|
| 3. |
Partial Refunds
If a student, after enrollment to a course, gives written application with specific and proper reason
within 30 days of the course commencement, refund of fees will be made
with 20% deduction of 1st installment of fees paid. |
|
|
|
|
| 4. |
No Refunds
A student who withdraws himself /herself from a course for whatever reason after 30 days of course commencement, shall not be eligible for a refund
under any circumstance.
|
|
|
|
Note: In case of refund of fees, student
must return the dress material, kits or books given to him/her.
Otherwise, equivalent amount will be deducted.

PAYMENT METHODS |
|
|
|
PAYMENT: All fees are to be paid by bank draft / banker’s
cheque / at par cheque / bank transfer, in favour of IIAS
CHARITABLE TRUST within due date. Before beginning of each
academic year, required number of post dated at par cheques for
each year should be deposited in IIAS office. Student paying fees by
taking bank loan, should advise the banker to issue bankers’
cheques for entire amount of fees before beginning of each year.
DISCOUNT: Students paying fees on yearly basis at a time,
will be eligible for per year discount of Rs. 2,000/-. Maximum of one
year fee may be paid at a time.
LATE FINE: Late fine of Rs. 10/- will be charged for
each day of delay in payment.
FOR CHEQUE RETURN: For cheque return cases, payment has
to be made within 10 days with bank charge of Rs. 200/-.
LIBRARY FINE: In case of late return of library books
or materials after the due date late fine of Rs. 5/- per day shall be
charged. SUPPLEMENTARY EXAM. FEE : Rs. 200/- per
supplementary paper payable to IIAS for Diploma/Certificate
Examination. RE-EVALUATION FEE : Rs. 300/- per subject
payable to IIAS for Diploma/Certificate Examination.
ANY OTHER FEE: As prescribed by IIAS or any University
or any authorized body from time to time.

securing 1st position in each IIAS campus, in each of above courses, on the
basis of performance in the examinations conducted by IIAS, will be awarded
above scholarships. |

Educational Loan Assistance
|
|
|
|
FEE WAIVER
Students belonging to Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribe category or
from Defense background on submission of photocopy of Certificate for
Schedule Caste or Schedule Tribe or Defense Ward, etc., attested by a
competent authority such as District Magistrate etc., to the IIAS
authority, shall be eligible for 5% Waiver on tuition fee payable to
IIAS. |

EDUCATIONAL LOAN
Assistance is provided in obtaining educational loan from financial
institutions. However, decision of the financial institution is final
and binding regarding sanction of educational loan.
Student may approach the Allahabad Bank branch which is
nearest to his/her permanent residence with necessary papers for
educational loan.
