We run undergraduate and postgraduate courses. We also provide short term
undergraduate courses as Certificate and Diploma courses.

Right now, we have six study centres in all

MANAGEMENT and IIAS SCHOOL OF

Q. Who runs IIAS ? How old is IIAS ? What about Quality Control
? |
IIAS (formerly known as International Institute of Advanced
Studies) was established in 1990 in Kolkata with the objective of
providing quality education at under graduate and post graduate
levels to young aspirants in a stimulating environment of
independent thinking and innovation in various disciplines of
Hospitality, Business Management and Information Technology.
Gradually it spread its centres to Siliguri (1995), ‘Miramar,
Goa’ (1997), Bhilai (2003), ‘Porvorim, Goa’ (2005) and
Dehradun (2006) respectively.

Admission is through written test followed by personal interview. <

Q. Is there a guarantee of job after doing a course? |
|
Yes, a student passing out a full time under-graduate or post graduate program from IIAS stands a good chance of getting a good job. We provide placements to every deserving student and many of them are offered multiple jobs to choose from and in few exceptional cases before completion of their courses.

A blend of academic & extracurricular activities to make you feel home away from home. Almost 70 percent of IIAS students are outstation candidates and students dropping from a course midway for personal or other reasons are less than 1 percent. <More

Q. Is there a new course introduced ?
|
|
Our courses are meticulously updated and customized to be at par with the
industry requirements.
The Business School has introduced a short course 'Program in
Retail Skills in association with Pantaloon Retail (Pvt.) Ltd.'.
A Post Graduate Programme
in Retail Management is also been offered to prepare students for the
booming Retail industry.
